Mobil3 runs it in four steps: discovery of the business problem and audience (usually two weeks), program design with KPIs and deliverables, operation in Monterrey with recruitment, mentors and judges, and a final report measured against the agreed KPIs. Yes. Programs are free for students, developers and founders, and Mobil3 never takes equity. The company or institution behind the program covers its cost. Participants get mentorship, prizes when the program includes them, startup perks from partner programs and direct access to the companies involved.
Yes. With Universidad del Norte we run in-person build sessions for students and developers, with hands-on workshops, teamwork, mentorship and prizes for standout projects. We are preparing the full case study.
