Hackathons and Innovation Challenges
Single-day or multi-day challenges built on a real problem from your team, with recruitment, mentorship, judging, demo day and follow-up.
Companies · Guadalajara, Jalisco
Companies use Mobil3 to run hackathons, innovation challenges and developer adoption programs in Guadalajara. We design the program around one business goal, recruit developers and students from Jalisco, run it on the ground and report against the KPIs agreed at the start.
Guadalajara has one of the deepest software engineering bases in Mexico and a state government that actively runs innovation programs. Mobil3 works with the Jalisco government, REDi and the Universidad de Guadalajara, so a company arriving in Jalisco starts with the institutional relationships already open.
Single-day or multi-day challenges built on a real problem from your team, with recruitment, mentorship, judging, demo day and follow-up.
Campus activations, workshops and institutional programs that put your product and your problems in front of students and faculty.
Workshops, credits, starter kits, office hours and project showcases that get developers using your product, with adoption measured at the end.
Roundtables, founder and operator dinners, meetups and brand activations for companies entering the local market.
Audience, outcome and the constraint that cannot move. Usually two weeks.
Format, participants, KPIs and deliverables, agreed before anything is booked.
Recruitment, operations, mentors and judges, with our team on the ground.
Who took part, what got built and what came out, against the agreed KPIs.

Mobil3 works with the Universidad de Guadalajara and other institutions in Jalisco. Whether a specific campus takes part depends on the program and the university's calendar, so we confirm it during design. Recruitment of students and developers is part of every program we run.
Results are agreed as KPIs before the program starts: developers using your product, qualified participants for hiring, solutions to your challenge or relationships with local institutions. The final report shows who took part, what got built and what came out against those KPIs.
